Warranty Coverage

Red-Mist products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions. The warranty does not cover: Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or negligence. Wear and tear resulting from regular use or exposure to environmental elements. Unauthorized modifications or repairs. Improper installation or use contrary to product instructions.

Warranty Claim Process

Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).

Description of the issue, including photos if possible.

Evaluation:

Once we receive your claim, our team will assess the issue to determine if it falls within the warranty coverage.

Resolution:

If the issue is covered, we will, at our discretion:

Replace it with the same or an equivalent product.

Issue a refund.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning the product to us for evaluation. If the warranty claim is approved, Red-Mist will cover the return shipping of the repaired or replacement product.

Limitations of Liability

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Red-Mist is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
